Vespa once survived a Thumb purge, carries a grudge against the Thumb and Syndicates, worked up to Grade 1 Fixer with many augmentations, and became an N Corp. Taboo Hunter. He was sent after YuRia for a Taboo violation, which led him to Moses' Office. Ezra tricked him into YuRia's workshop, where he was trapped for two weeks.
