Deal +20% damage with Blunt Skills against enemies that either have 35+ Sinking Potency or are at 15 or lower SP (Sinking Potency is calculated per-Part) - If the said Blunt Skill is either a Gloom Skill or a Skill that inflicts Bleed Potency, Count, or Unique Bleed, and hit the target, gain 1 Attack Power Up next turn (once per turn per Identity).
