If an ally consumed 10+ Charge Count in a single turn with its Base Skills, the said ally deals +20% damage with Base Skills next turn (excluding Unique Charge with fixed Potency). - If the Charge consumed was Unique Charge, inflict +1 more Bleed and Bleed Count next turn.
