Personality
Extremely confident and imperious, especially in a fight. He sees the world as split between the luscious and the bristly, like hair texture, and is obsessive about his own hair. He is quick to name any sin in his Book of Vengeance and speaks in an archaic, ominous tone when he does.
Story (spoilers)
In Canto V the Twinhook Pirates and Ricardo shadow Pilot's LCCB unit and beat it. He then confronts the Sinners, accusing Heathcliff of stealing his Stingray Portship luxury hair salon coupons from a safe, and easily defeats them. When the Indigo Elder arrives, he orders the Middle to leave and impales Ricardo's shoulder with his harpoon. Ricardo swears the Middle will not forget it. In Intervallo V he tracks the Sinners to District 8 with Werner's help, marks Shi Yihua in his Book of Vengeance too, and fights them again until the Night in the Backstreets begins. A shifting building sends him flying away, still vowing revenge.
