Story (spoilers)
After the League was destroyed, Dongbaek founded a radical group aiming to wipe out advanced technology and aimed most of her hatred at Dongrang. In Canto IV she attacks K Corp. with the Golden Bough and tries to destroy the source of its healing ampules. The Sinners defeat her, and Dongrang mocks her failure and stabs her with the Bough.
