Story (spoilers)
Albina cut up her own body and rebuilt it as Fascia and a full prosthetic frame, keeping little but her brain, while studying Corporism under Callisto. In Canto IX she helps the House of Spiders raid Limbus Company HQ and fights the Sinners beside Ren, but her eagerness to let Fascia feast clashes with Ren's orders to follow their masters' plan. Later she is sent to greet Sinclair, Faust, Ishmael and their allies in the Corridor of the Ring, offering friendship with the aim of using them as material. Callisto joins the fight and nearly kills Hohenheim, and Albina's remarks about the future help push Sinclair to awaken his Sign. A future version of Sinclair destroys Fascia, leaving her distraught, and she is crushed shortly after.
