Burn and Bleed counter bruiser with a legendary sword

A Middle counter identity that grows by watching her family get hit and avenging them. Grudges turn into Vengeance Tattoos, and a sword that unseals in stages upgrades her skills into five-coin versions that also inflict Burn. She turns very tanky below half HP and her Stamp of Vengeance appears as a counter whenever she has enough Envy Resonance. She is built for House of Spiders and Middle teams.

How to play

Keep making Envy Resonance and take hits with counters so grudges build. Stamp of Vengeance and its sword version consume grudges, so use them every time they appear to gain Vengeance Tattoos. Each Envy skill reduces Rising Fever, and when it is low enough she plays Time to Unpack to remove a seal. Once the sword is fully unsealed, her enhanced skills hit for five coins but burn her and drain SP.

Yes, she is very strong. She scales through grudges and tattoos, becomes hard to kill below half HP, and her unsealed skills deal enormous damage.
What team is Middle Nursefather Outis for?
A Middle team with Envy resonance, or a House of Spiders team that pairs her with Middle Apprentice Ishmael and Blade of the House of Spiders Ryoshu. A Ryoshu-focused build uses her to feed Ryoshu.
Does Outis kill her own allies?
Her special skill Good Girl can trigger on allies at very low HP when they lose a clash, and it nearly always kills the ally. It triggers more easily on Ishmael, so watch ally HP.
