Sinner No. 11

Outis

Brusque Smoke War veteran and tactician with a classified past, Sinner #12.

Outis is Sinner #12 of Limbus Company, listed under the Bus Department. A brusque, assertive woman and Smoke War veteran, she judges others by her wartime experience. Her past is sealed in company records, and her own Canto has not been announced.

Affiliation: Limbus Company
Height: 175 cm (5'9")

Personality

Strict, disciplined and tactical, with a cool head and a deep suspicion of nearly everyone. She hates plans and people she disagrees with, talks back to superiors, and sees herself as the most competent Sinner. She is the loudest against cowards, traitors and withheld information, and talks in military terms. Her early flattery of Dante has faded.

Story (spoilers)

Outis fought in the Smoke War and spent years on a journey she describes only vaguely before joining Limbus Company. Her file says access to her past is not permitted, and warns she may use her cunning for other purposes. In the story she often spots and scolds back-stabbers across several Cantos and suggests removing Sinners who could endanger Dante or the mission. By Intervallo III she lectures Dante on staying alive, and in Canto VII she argues with them over Don Quixote.
