A Middle faction identity with a very high damage ceiling once Book of Vengeance reaches 30 stacks. He builds it from counters and Vendetta Marks, and his skills scale with Envy resonance. He is slow to set up, and weak without that setup. He fits an Envy resonance team and does little for a Bleed team.

How to play

Keep counters up so enemy hits become Vendetta Marks, then spend them on attacks to stack Book of Vengeance. His counter becomes Payback with Interest at 4 absolute Envy resonance and Write 'em all down at 6, so keep resonance chains going. Solo, reaching 30 stacks takes about seven turns, so use Middle allies to speed it up and fire Write 'em all down once full.

He is good in the right team and below average without setup. His ceiling is close to the top damage dealers, but he needs 30 Book of Vengeance and Envy resonance.
Does Middle Little Brother Sinclair work in Bleed teams?
Not really. Bleed buffs him, but he adds little to the Bleed stack himself, so he tends to make a strong Bleed team weaker.
What team suits Middle Little Brother Sinclair?
An Envy resonance team, where he can use the constant resonance for offense level and his counters. Middle allies speed up his setup but do not raise his ceiling.
