Charge support, strongest from the bench

A cyborg support who does little damage and clashes poorly until he is set up. His value is Photoelectricity, which gives allies extra Charge when they hit marked enemies, plus a support passive that raises the first deployed unit's Charge cap by 5. Skill 2 also applies HP Healing Down, which counters enemies that rely on healing.

Worth pulling?
optional
Uptie
Uptie IV is not a priority. He is mostly used for the passive and the status he applies, not for his own damage or clash numbers.

How to play

Skills 1 and 2 spend Charge while skill 3 builds it, and skill 3's gain scales with Charge potency, so his first skill 3 only yields about 10 Charge. Use skill 3 first, then a powered skill 2 for Photoelectricity, and expect a few turns before the next powered cast. Photoelectricity lands on the current turn, so it does nothing if he acts last. Benching him for the support passive is often more reliable.

  • +Support passive raises a Charge cap by 5
  • +Photoelectricity refuels Charge spenders
  • +HP Healing Down on skill 2
  • +Good fit for solo-Charge runs with skills stacked on one character
  • −Weak damage and clash until set up
  • −Photoelectricity fails if he moves last
  • −Slow Charge ramp compared to other Charge identities

FAQ

Is MultiCrack Office Fixer Heathcliff good?
He is a niche Charge support rather than a damage dealer. He shines on teams with heavy Charge spenders and is weak as a main attacker.
Should MultiCrack Heathcliff be benched?
Often yes. His support passive gives the number one deployed unit a Charge cap of 25 instead of 20, and his deployed effect is unreliable because Photoelectricity depends on turn order.
What does Photoelectricity do?
An enemy marked with it gives whoever attacks it up to 6 extra Charge. Skills 2 and 3 apply it equal to his Charge potency.
