Sinking damage dealer with discard tech

Dieci Hong Lu is a Sinking hybrid whose whole kit turns on holding max Insight. At Insight 3 every skill gets extra Coin Power, and his Skill 1 reuses its coin into a huge roll. He also brings an evade and a Support Passive that shields discarders, so he is tanky and consistent. Weakness is that discarding anything but a Skill 3 breaks his power.

Uptie IV is the normal power spike, but the identity already works at base because the discard routine does the heavy lifting. Treat it as a bonus rather than a requirement.

How to play

On turn one discard your Skill 3 to reach Insight 3, then stop discarding. Defense skills cannot be discarded, so lead with the evade and put the discarding skill in the top slot: it has nothing to discard and your Insight stays at max. After that nearly every skill is strong, so just pick whatever fits the clash. Save Skill 3 for targets that already have Sinking to get the damage bonus.

Is Dieci Hong Lu good?
Yes. Held at max Insight, his skills hit with very high Coin Power and he comes with both an evade and shield-granting passives. He is one of the easiest identities to solo with and a strong Sinking pick.
How do you keep Insight maxed on Dieci Hong Lu?
Discard your Skill 3 once, then use your evade first each turn. Defense skills cannot be discarded, so the discarding skill in the top slot finds nothing to discard and Insight stays at 3.
What team does Dieci Hong Lu go in?
A Sinking team with an identity that applies Sinking potency and count for him, such as Spicebush Yi Sang, Dieci Rodion and Molar Ishmael. He needs allies who keep Sinking count up since his own skills consume it.
