Hook Hong Lu is a two-star Haste and Bleed hybrid. His conditions want Speed 6 or more, and Skill 2 gives Haste to get there while stacking Bleed count off speed difference. Skill 3 is a strong four-coin finisher that scales with missing HP. He has an evade and healing, but few good E.G.O options.

Uptie: Uptie IV is nice for a free-to-use identity but not essential. The kit already does its job at base.

How to play

Open with Skill 2 to bank Haste and push Speed past 6, which switches on the Coin Power bonuses. Use Skill 1 for filler Bleed count. Save Skill 3 for enemies with low HP or broken parts, since it deals more damage the more HP they are missing. Lead with the evade when the enemy hits hard.
